How I build

I am an entrepreneur who develops products. My foundation is building and operating businesses; today I turn that experience into owned digital ventures — using AI to amplify judgment, move faster, and stay focused on outcomes.

In Germany, I built and ran businesses across real estate and retail — from acquisition and development to project build-out and project management — fully exited the retail chain in 2024, and still hold commercial real estate through my own companies. That operating experience shapes how I create digital ventures today: with responsibility for the idea, the product, and the execution.

Since 2014 · Commercial real estate
Managing Director, Steinbach southpoint
Registered in the Commercial Register as managing director since July 2014 of Steinbach southpoint Verwaltungs GmbH and, through its role as general partner, head of Steinbach southpoint GmbH & Co. KG — management, letting, and leasing of commercial real estate. Both companies have been continuously active for twelve years under unchanged management, with annual accounts filed without gaps. Alongside: residential and investment property held on own account in East Westphalia-Lippe, with acquisition, financing, letting, and maintenance handled in-house.
2014–2024 · Retail
Built a three-site retail chain — and sold it
Founder and Managing Director of Steinbach Handels GmbH, franchisee of Das Futterhaus, with stores in Detmold, Lemgo, and Porta Westfalica: strategy, financing, purchasing, staff, and operations, including digital training programmes for employees. Fully divested in 2024 under the purchase agreement of 7 March.
2015–2020 · Industry
Sole signing authority in an international industrial group
Einzelprokura at Steinbach AG — a statutory sole commercial power of attorney entered in the Commercial Register — at an internationally active family-owned supplier with sites in Germany, the USA, China, Taiwan, and Australia. Responsible for the Technical Ceramics division including its operational and financial processes; in 2020 also founding managing director of Steinbach Ceramics Innovation GmbH.
2020–2021 · Voluntary office
Chairman of the Wirtschaftsjunioren Lippe
Elected unanimously by the members as chair of the Lippe chapter of Germany's association of young entrepreneurs and executives, affiliated with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) — regional network, next-generation development, and business-policy work.
2020– · Own group of companies
Founded and steered my own group of companies for property trading
ST Capital GmbH as the holding company, with Arminius der Cherusker Immobilien GmbH as the operating company for property trading — acquiring, refurbishing and reselling — alongside letting and the brokerage of residential and commercial leases, and ST Home & Living GmbH as the owner of a residential building with several units in Detmold. Following the shift of focus to the commercial real estate business and the Dubai base, the group has been wound down in an orderly manner since 2024, with me as sole liquidator.
Since 2022 · Dubai
Owner and Managing Director of Biturai
Biturai L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone — e-commerce and digital products, plus advisory for German-speaking entrepreneurs setting up in the Emirates. Alongside it a portfolio of self-built digital products, including Soul Art (sound wellness) and Auslandspolice (international health insurance), designed, developed, and operated end to end.

My AI systems run daily market research and publish the free Biturai Daily Brief every morning. Since 2026, Biturai is a contract partner of OKX Middle East and OKX Europe. The next venture is in development.
